1. Your Rights and Applicable Law
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have some or all of the rights described below. Their scope, exceptions and available remedies vary. Where an organization controls your information and TrustCall processes it on its behalf, we may direct the request to that organization or assist it as required.
2. Right to Access
You may be entitled to confirmation of processing, information about its purposes and recipients, and a copy of eligible personal information. A request does not automatically entitle you to another person's communications, confidential security information or all of your employer's records.
3. Right to Correction
You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information. We may need supporting information for identity, business or number-registration changes. Some historical transaction and call records must remain accurate records of events rather than be rewritten.
4. Right to Deletion
You may request deletion where applicable. Deletion is not absolute: information may need to be retained for legal requirements, telecom compliance, fraud prevention, security, billing, accounting, disputes and regulatory obligations. We will assess the request and explain applicable limitations as required.
5. Right to Restrict Processing
Where applicable, you may request limited processing while an accuracy, lawfulness or objection issue is assessed. Some storage or processing may remain permissible or necessary under the relevant law.
6. Right to Object
You may be entitled to object to certain processing based on your circumstances or to direct marketing. We will assess objections against the applicable legal standard and communicate the outcome where required.
7. Right to Data Portability
Where applicable, you may request eligible information in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format or its transfer where technically feasible. Portability rights do not automatically cover all internal analysis, provider records or other individuals' data.
8. Right to Withdraw Consent
If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it through the relevant control or by contacting [Privacy Email]. Withdrawal does not invalidate lawful earlier processing. Features dependent on that consent may become unavailable, and processing based on another lawful basis may continue.
9. Marketing Preferences
Use available unsubscribe or notification-preference controls, or contact us to manage optional marketing. Service, security, billing and legally required messages may still be sent where appropriate. Device notification controls alone do not necessarily change all account marketing preferences.
10. Account Closure
Contact [Support Email] about account closure and the effect on subscriptions, balances, numbers and exports. Releasing a number is not the same as deleting personal information, and closing an account does not remove required records. Released numbers may not be recoverable.
11. Identity Verification
We may request proportionate evidence of identity and authority before disclosing or changing information. Authorized representatives may need proof of authorization. We will not request a password to process a rights request; provide sensitive documents only through an agreed secure channel.
12. Response Times
We respond within time limits required by applicable law. Verification, complexity or permitted extensions can affect the timing; we will explain extensions where required. Any permitted fee or refusal will be assessed under the applicable law rather than imposed automatically.
13. How to Submit a Request
Contact [Privacy Email] with your account email, the right you wish to exercise and enough detail to locate the relevant information. Do not include passwords, full payment credentials or unrelated identity documents. If your business controls the account, identify the organization so we can route the request appropriately.
14. Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with our handling, contact [Privacy Email] with the request reference and your concern so we can review it. This internal review does not limit any legal complaint or remedy available to you.
16. Changes
We may update this page to reflect changes in procedures or applicable requirements. Read it together with the Privacy Policy and its effective and last-updated dates.
